Add one more to the list as former Blue Dragon long snapper Ashton Ngo (2021, 2022) accepts an invitation to the Washington Commanders' undrafted free-agent mini-camp. A total of seven former Blue Dragons now have an opportunity to play in the NFL.
Two-time All-American Malik Benson is drafted in the sixth round of the NFL Draft by the Las Vegas Raiders on Saturday and five other former Blue Dragons are Undrafted Free Agents as the 2026 Draft concluded on Saturday in Pittsburgh.

Blue Dragon sophomore linebacker Teegan Haines was named the KJCCC Defensive Player of the Week Tuesday after a tremendous game in No. 1 Hutchinson's 27-14 win over No. 14 Garden City last week at Gowans Stadium.
